and surprise, surprise, I got MERMAID.
When things go wrong
how easy just to slip into the water,
swim away.
No matter what you say,
living on land
provides for no release.
If the ice melts and the polar bears die out
and the great whales can swim from ocean to ocean,
that will be one less creature living on land.
Once you travelled light.
Now all this anchors you.
We sail with the tide..
For a moment you are centre stage,
then the curtain falls.
When it rises again, you are gone.
